The American Bar Association, Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, has invited Rabih Hamawi to speak on the topic of "To Appraise or Not to Appraise in property insurance policies."
This presentation will provide an oversight of the benefits and drawbacks of the property-insurance appraisal process, including an analysis of the claim strategies to respond to appraisal requests in a variety of first-party losses. It will also identify mechanisms that can be used to manage the appraisal process in a timely and effective manner.
